Complaints process

Step 2 – Formal Complaint
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of Step 1, you may submit a formal complaint by completing our Complaint Form with full details of your concerns. Upon receipt, we will acknowledge your complaint, conduct a thorough investigation, and communicate the outcome with you promptly.
